Count Dracula played by Claes Bang has been reimagined many times since novelist Bram Stoker created the fictional beast back in and since the first publication, there have been different interpretations of the blood thirsty vampire. As well as being a grotesque monster on the inside, the prince of darkness has always had some sort of sexual allure to his being and in a time where sex scenes are rampant in thrillers and dramas, writer for the latest BBC adaption, Steven Moffat, did not believe they were needed. The scriptwriter has collaborated with Sherlock co-creator Mark Gatiss to bring yet another version of the period drama to life, capturing all the suspense and terror you would expect.
