This is a very basic website that I worked on for about two weeks. In the hay days of the Eee PC coming to market. For a few days I had seen leaks of pictures showing the unique operating system of the Eee PC. As soon as the folks at EeeUser.com began posting pictures of the test unit they received, I began dissecting the photographs in photoshop and slicing then up in dreamweaver. After scouring the internet for as many pictures as I could possibly scrounge up, I compiled them all into a very basic looking but highly interactive simulation of what using the real operating system would be like. All of the images were the same size and nearly every icon or submenu was clickable. During development and following it's final launch, I participated in a rigorous promotional campaign combining search engine optimization techniques with external website links. In it's first day of full launch (and the first day of visitor tracking) I had garnered over 20,000 hits on the website and to this day maintain several hundred per day. Links:
